Every danfloor carpet begins with expert craftsmanship at our Danish manufacturing facility, where quality, design, and precision come together. We carefully oversee every stage of production to ensure each carpet meets the highest standards of performance and style. From the first tuft to final inspection, our commitment to excellence means your carpet arrives beautifully finished, reliably durable, and ready to enhance your interior from day one.

We review our manufacturing processes to identify ways to reduce material waste and energy use
At danfloor, we look for practical ways to use materials and energy more efficiently. For example, at our Danish manufacturing facilities, heat from production ovens is recovered and used elsewhere in the building. We also recycle leftover materials into useful products like the plastic tubes which are found at the centre of our carpet rolls, which are made within our own backing facility. The backing facility takes its waste plastic, breaks it down into pellets, which are then melted down and remade into our recycled carpet tubes.
